LARGE ITEMS - We will provide a Free FedEx Ground label for you to print out. Once you print out your label, tape it to your box and drop it off at a FedEx office, give FedEx a call to pick up your box, or drop it in a FedEx mail box. (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)

QUALIFYING ORDERS - We will mail you a free United States Postal Service Priority return box. When your free return box arrives, put your Tronics in the box provided by us and send it back through the United States Post Office. (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)

RECYCLE ONLY ITEMS - If your item does not have any value, we will gladly recycle it for you, just send it in. (CLICK HERE FOR DETAILS)

FOR ALL ITEMS - Please combine submissions in one package (it's better for the earth because it uses less resources). Also please pad your items so they do not break during transit.

Step 1 – Prepare your Box to Ship - Package your Tronics in a strong box or package (there are free priority mailing boxes at the Post Office).

Pad your Tronics by using old newspapers or something similar as padding (it's the most environmentally friendly option out there).

Don't forget to include the accessories, chargers, cords, etc.

DO NOT USE FLAT RATE BOX. Unless your item(s) weigh over 5 pounds.

Print and attach your free shipping label to the package.

Step 2 – Ship your Box - Drop the package off at your nearest United States Post Office, or give it to your local mail person. If your item is less than 13 ounces drop it in a big blue United States postal mail box.

Step 2 – Ship your Box - Shipping single smaller items: We suggest shipping via USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or any other similar method. Packages usually cost about $2 to $5 to send.

Shipping multiple items: If you are shipping more than one Tronic, enclose everything in the same package (aka combine shipping) and ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or any other similar method using a flat rate Priority Mail envelope or an appropriate sized box or package. When shipped in bulk, shipping should cost about $2 per tronic.

Shipping large items: If you are shipping large or heavy tronics, enclose everything in the same shipment and ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or any other similar method using an appropriate sized box or package. Packages usually cost about $13 to $20 to send depending on size and value.
