We’ve given our check out process a make-over to make it even easier for you to sell your used cell phone, smart phone, digital camera, ipod and more to us. It works virtually the same way as the old process, but is faster and sleeker. If you're anything like us, "shiny" and "new" are some of your favorite words. So check out our shiny, new selling process. As usual, we hope to give our customers the best experience possible when visiting our site, now with extra ease.
Here's how it works: Start by entering the ‘tronic you want to sell into the search bar, and once you’ve located your item, tell us a little bit about its condition, “calculate your price” and if you like the quote, hit “sell now.”
From there, you’ll be taken to our brand new Recycle Cart page where you can look over your order, change the quantity and use our “sell more stuff” section if you need to. When you’re ready to check out, click on the obvious, “GetPaid/Check out” button and we’ll take you through the next three simple steps.
All you have to do is provide your email address, so we can contact you with updates on your order. If you’re a returning customer, you can log into your account from this step.
Next, you choose how you’d like to get paid, by check or paypal. If you're more of the low-tech type, we can send you a check. Click on that option, enter your payment name and shipping address, and you’re all set. Paypal is the quickest payment choice, so if you have an account, just select the “Pay me Via Paypal,” and hit continue.
Now it’s your turn to chose how you’d like to get your stuff to us-- you can print a label from home and slap it on a box that you already have, or you can choose for us to send you a box to stuff your goodies into and ship back to us. Your address will automatically be in the “ship to” field if you entered it earlier in the process during payment options.
You can click on any of the steps (1-4) in the box above to go back at any time if you change your mind.
Step four is your confirmation page, where you make sure all of the information you entered is correct, agree to the terms and conditions and “submit order.” You'll be taken to the print label page, where you can create an account for an easier log in next time, or print your label and be on your way. Ta-da! You've completed the last step. This page will also give you important reminders, like deactivating your phone and checking for water damage.
