When Motorola initally launched the RAZR V3, it was one of the slimmest, coolest flip-phones on the market and became the best-selling phone of its kind in the world. Now, with what's sure to be a popular addition to the Droid family, Verizon has launched a revival of the RAZR brand, staying true to the orignal's reputation for an exceedingly slim profile and wide appeal. Watch BuyMyTronics' Technical Specialst Bryan cover the details of the Droid RAZR, where you can see for yourself this phone's appealing features.

After months, even years of anticipation Verizon announced Tuesday that they will offer the iPhone 4 for its customers on February 10th. Not only does this mark the beginning of Verizon offering the iPhone, but it also marks the end of AT&T's exclusivity over the device since it first debuted in 2007. This event absolutely opens the floodgates to all sorts of discussions about the future of these two carriers, Apple, and the iPhone itself, not to mention the rest of the cell phone industry. Below Andy and Chris will conduct a point/counterpoint discussing the following subjects: What the release of the iPhone to Verizon means for AT&T, What it means for Verizon, What it means for Apple, and What it means for CDMA vs GSM iPhone. See our discussion after the jump.

First Facebook is trying to take over email, and now AT&T, T Mobile, and Verizon have announced that in the near future they will be introducing the Isis national mobile commerce network, or Isis for short. So what is Isis? To make a long story short; AT&T, T Mobile, and Verizon basically want you to say goodbye to your credit cards and use your cell phones to make payments, use coupons, and track your purchases at different retail stores. The technology will use near-field communication, or NFC, technology which is much like the technology used in credit cards to be able to simply tap the card to make at payment at certain stores. It's a unique concept, and some would argue it's a logical step in the evolution of the cell phone, but there's clearly going to be questions about security. This will definitely be a technology that we'll be keeping our eyes on as it continues to be developed. For more information, check out the press release after the jump.

Hello, and welcome to Chris' Quirkique of the Week, where every week I review some of the more quirky and unique (see what I did there?) feature phones that each carrier has to offer. Normally we get caught up with all the newest, fastest, smartest phones on the market, that we forget there are some neat feature phones that can express our individuality, and make just as big a statement as the most expensive smartphones out there.
Today I'll be going over the Pantech Jest from Verizon! Hit the break for More...
